Men's Group

Paolo and Paul are creating a welcoming space for men to connect, build trust, and talk openly about relationships, life and shared experiences. Join a supportive group where honest conversation, mutual respect and a sense of community come together.

The group is free, will start in the Autumn and will be ongoing. We will meet fortnightly on Wednesday evenings, with a maximum of 8-10 members. Everything shared in the group will be confidential.

About Paul Atkinson:

Paul has been working in East London as a qualified psychotherapist and a men’s group facilitator for over three decades. He is a member of the Free Psychotherapy Network (freepsychotherapynetwork.com).

About Paolo Fiorentini:

Paolo has spent over ten years in the volunteer sector as an artistic director, collaborating with different community groups and leading a wide range of creative activities. He has developed projects that support mental wellbeing, especially by encouraging conversation and creativity in local communities. He is currently training in Counselling.
