Interested in a career in construction but not sure where to start?

Constructaskill’s Route to Construction is a fully funded, employer-led pathway designed to help you build the skills, confidence and industry knowledge needed to take your next step into construction.

Opportunities are being developed in Swansea and Newport in partnership with Codi Group – Green Careers Pathway.

What will you get?

• Level 1 Health & Safety in a Construction Environment

• Preparation for the CITB Health, Safety & Environment Test

• Support towards achieving your CSCS Labourer Card

• Employability and work-readiness skills

• Support to progress into employment, apprenticeships, work experience or further training

Route to Construction isn't simply another training course.

Through Constructa Pathways, we work with employers and strategic partners to connect your training with the real construction industry, helping you understand the opportunities available and identify your next step.

Who can apply?

The opportunity is aimed at eligible 16–30-year-olds interested in exploring construction and the built environment.

No previous construction experience is required.
