Kind Mind Community

Kind Mind Community is dedicated to supporting individuals in South Tyneside with their mental health and wellbeing. Through our Recovery College, we offer a range of activities and resources aimed at empowering individuals on their journey to recovery. Our activities include courses, support groups, and creative workshops, providing a safe and nurturing environment for individuals to explore their interests and develop new skills. We also encourage volunteering within our community, fostering a sense of purpose and connection for both volunteers and those they support. Our impact is evident in the positive stories of recovery and resilience shared by our community members, showcasing the transformative effect of our programs on individuals' mental health and overall well-being.

At Kind Mind Community, we prioritize inclusivity and accessibility, ensuring that our services are available to all individuals seeking support for their mental health.
