Join us at Stepney Shahjalal Mosque & Cultural Centre for a structured summer holiday programme for children and young people from Year 6 to Year 11.

Our programme will provide a safe, welcoming and supervised environment where children can enjoy healthy hot meals, physical activities, creative workshops, team games, educational enrichment and positive social time with peers. Activities may include football, dodgeball-style games, relay activities, badminton, basketball, creative sessions, quizzes, character-building workshops, group reflection and supervised outdoor activities where suitable.

The programme is designed to support children’s wellbeing during the school holidays by helping them stay active, eat healthily, build confidence, develop positive behaviour, and avoid social isolation. Sessions will be delivered by staff and volunteers from Stepney Shahjalal Mosque & Cultural Centre, with safeguarding, attendance monitoring and welfare arrangements in place throughout.

Healthy hot meals will be provided daily at the mosque. Parents/carers will be asked to provide allergy, dietary, medical and emergency contact information during registration.

Priority will be given to children who are eligible for benefits-related Free School Meals as part of the HAF programme. Places are limited and registration is required.

Age range: Year 6 to Year 11

Cost: Free for eligible HAF participants.
