Youth Club Tuesdays

Wednesday sessions are now reserved for training.

For general youth club sessions please choose Tuesdays or Saturdays.

All equipment is provided.

Instructions

Wear loose layers - shorts/leggings; tshirt/jumper; flat shoes

Please bring a full change of clothes including shoes, towel and toiletries if you want to shower afterwards.

In hot weather: sunhat, sunscreen and a water bottle.

In cold weather: warm hat, extra layers, waterproofs if you have them.

IBC will not accept liability for damage to or loss of personal property so please do not bring valuable items or wear expensive clothing to the club.
