Our final session brings everything together — and we're ending in person for a reason. Because community is built face to face.

We'll cover how to communicate what you do in a way that reaches the right people, builds trust, and moves them to act. We'll look at visibility and partnerships — how to get known, how to collaborate, and how to make the most of the networks around you. We'll also walk you through referral routes and the CVS support pathway so you know exactly where to go next.

And we'll take a moment to reflect on how far you've come since Session 1 — because that matters too.
