Description

Good vibrations, breathing patterns, and the poses tango with your natural meridians, or energy channels, to produce a pleasant tingling and releasing sensation. Followed by a period of meditation in relaxation, laying /sitting. There is little physical movement during this session, with long-held yin yoga poses focusing on the breath and healing sounds. It’s less about targeting the specific muscle/pain area and more about helping you relax, let go and tune in to your own life force, called Prana, the Chi. Sometimes less is more.
