FYA Youth Facilitators are back with their Mental Health Through The Youth Lens interactive workshop to support professionals on ways to explore the topic of mental health with young people and provide a space to connect about the theme.

Young people will spotlight key themes affecting youth mental health and together we will explore the topic of mental health through a youth lens. Combined with their ideas of what they want you to know, creative activities from FYA youth led mental health focused sessions from our peer support programmes, and through discussions and exploration, an interactive workshop has been produced and we are excited for you to explore with us!

If you are a professional working with young people and are looking for something a little different for Youth Mental Health Day, this is a great workshop with youth voices at the heart!
