Fun, Festive Activity Day with the Active Communities Team!

Join the Active Communities Team this Christmas holiday for a fun-filled day of games, challenges and exciting activities – including games with our unique giant balloon ball - Kinball! This fully supervised activity day is perfect for children aged 7 to 11 and promises lots of energy, laughter and making new friends.

Led by our friendly and experienced team, your child will enjoy a variety of games and team challenges in a safe, welcoming environment.

⏰ Time: 9:30 AM – 3 PM

📍 Location: Hornsea Hub Sports Hall, HU18 1RU

👧 Age Group: Children aged 7- 11

🍽️ Lunch

A free meal is included, with a choice of hot or cold options from our menu.

When you drop your child off, you’ll be able to select their meal for the day.

Example options include:

• Sandwiches with a choice of fillings (ham, cheese, tuna)
• Jacket potatoes with toppings (cheese, beans, tuna)
• Chicken nuggets and chips

If you’d prefer to send a packed lunch, please just let us know when you arrive.

We’re happy to accommodate dietary requirements — simply inform the team on the day.

1:1 Support

If your child requires 1:1 support, please contact the HAF team in advance by emailing haf@eastriding.gov.uk. Parents are able to support their child with 121 needs but must let us know beforehand and present a valid DBS certificate on the day.
