Are you looking for a fun and interactive way for your children to build physical and mental strength, coordination, and overall fitness? Look no further! Our upcoming two-day MMA camp is the perfect opportunity for children to develop these skills in a welcoming and supportive environment.

What to Expect:


  • Engaging activities to boost physical and mental strength
  • Opportunities to work alone and in small groups
  • Learn basic MMA moves and techniques
  • Build friendships and socialise with other children
  • Stay fit and healthy while having a blast!


Grappling arts are combat disciplines focused on controlling an opponent through leverage, clinching, takedowns, and ground fighting to secure dominant positions or submissions, rather than using strikes.

Key disciplines covered in our camp will include Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo and Wrestling.

These arts are highly effective for self-defense and MMA.


A brief of what we will be covering is 


Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ): Focuses on ground fighting, using technique and leverage to apply joint locks and chokes. Using positions like side control or mount to neutralize an opponent's offense


Judo: Emphasizes throwing, tripping, and taking opponents to the ground.


Wrestling (Freestyle, Greco-Roman, Collegiate): Focuses on takedowns, control, and pinning the opponent. Techniques to bring an opponent from standing to the ground, such as double-leg shots.


This camp is ideal for the beginner all the way to the experienced with some fitness and fun games thrown in.
