Cancellations&nbsp;If your child can no longer attend this activity, you must cancel the place as soon as possible. You can do this on the central booking system&nbsp;or by calling&nbsp;us directly. This will give another child the chance to access a funded place. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Special Educational Needs and Disabilities&nbsp;Parents of children with additional needs, special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and/or Education Health Care (EHC) plans, must contact the provider directly as soon as possible, to supply them with the relevant information before attending the provision. This is so that the provider can assess how best to support your child. The provider is committed to meeting the needs of all children and young people including those with additional needs and SEND. The provider will use its best endeavours to make sure that a child with additional needs gets the support they need – this means doing everything it can&nbsp;reasonably do to meet the child’s needs.

Islington Council’s holiday activities and food programme, gives children and young people the chance to enjoy a wide range of funded activities along with a free healthy lunch during the Easter, summer and winter holiday periods. If you are an Islington resident, attending school from Reception to Year 11 and are in one of the following groups you are eligible for funded activities and lunch: • receives benefits-related free school meals (FSM) • has an Education Health Care Plan (EHCP) • has a social or family support worker • can be referred by a profession If you are not eligible there are some activity providers who offer paid for places. At these activities you will be offered lunch that is funded by our programme. To book places, you will need to register each child/ren and your eligibility will be checked. Please register as soon as possible. The check will be completed within 2 working days (9-5am Monday-Friday). You will then be able to book activities. You will not need to re-register and will be able to use the same login details for future Lunch Bunch programmes
