Exciting News for Avondale Park Parents!

We’re thrilled to announce a continued partnership between Avondale Park Primary School and Homemade Teachers – bringing you FREE parent workshops designed to boost your confidence in supporting your child’s learning at home!

Starting November 2026

What’s It All About?

These fun and friendly sessions will focus on math-problem solving topics from Reception all the way to Year 6. Whether you’re a whizz at numbers or just want to brush up, these workshops will give you practical tools and tips to help your child thrive.

When & Where?

• Every Monday @ 9–10am (term time)

• 1-hour sessions over 4 weeks

• Held right here at Avondale Park Primary School!

And There’s More…

Parents who complete all four sessions will receive a special certificate to celebrate their dedication!

What Will You Learn?

• How to accurately assess your child’s understanding

• How to spot learning gaps and strengthen them

• How to stretch and challenge where they’re flying ahead
