This free, one-hour online training session is for Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme providers. It walks you through everything you need to run your Christmas holiday activities on Plinth.

• Setting up and checking your provider account

• Adding your HAF activities, dates and session details

• How families book, and how to manage and view your bookings

• Taking registers on the day

• What your HAF team needs from you, and where to get help
  

Who it’s for
Anyone at a provider organisation who will set up activities, manage bookings or take registers. You don’t need any experience with Plinth, and new and returning providers are both welcome.

Can’t make this date? The same session runs on 17th, 24th and 26th of November, so pick whichever suits you best. Please book early so you have time to get everything set up before the Christmas holidays. We’ll email you the joining link before the session.
