Drop in for access to laptops, wifi and in person support to access capacity building courses through our online training provision. Witton Lodge Grant Management

We are Witton Lodge Community Association, a Community Association and Community Landlord established in 1994 by residents of Perry Common. Our primary goal is to support the local community by providing a wide range of services and activities. We own and manage over 200 homes for social and market rent, including a 40-apartment Independent Living Scheme, Sycamore Court. In addition to housing, we offer support for employment and skills, health and wellbeing, and organize various environmental projects. Our services cater to individuals of all ages, including children/young people, elderly/old people, and people with disabilities. Through our efforts, we aim to create a positive impact on the lives of local residents by promoting healthier living, providing job opportunities, and fostering a sense of community.

Our organization is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of local residents by offering a wide range of support activities and services. We focus on providing employment and skills advice, organizing community events and activities, and managing a stock of almost 200 properties and a 40-apartment extra-care sheltered housing scheme. Our services also extend to promoting health and wellbeing through various support activities that address mental and physical wellbeing, stress, fitness, diet, health conditions, abuse, and isolation. By working closely with the local community and partners, we strive to create a positive and lasting impact on the lives of individuals in the area, fostering a sense of belonging and improving overall quality of life.
