About Our Heritage UK

Our Heritage UK is a community organisation dedicated to supporting children, young people, and families through education, wellbeing, culture, and community engagement. Our mission is to create safe, inclusive, and inspiring environments where children can learn, develop confidence, and build positive relationships.

We deliver a range of programmes including Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programmes, cultural learning, sports and fitness activities, creative arts, and nutritional education. Our programmes are designed to support children from diverse backgrounds, particularly those eligible for benefit-related free school meals, ensuring they have access to enriching opportunities during school holidays.

At the heart of our work is the belief that every child deserves the opportunity to thrive. We provide structured activities that promote physical health, creativity, teamwork, and life skills, while also offering nutritious meals and wellbeing support.

Our team consists of trained, DBS-checked staff and experienced volunteers, with expertise in safeguarding, health and safety, and inclusive practice. We are committed to creating environments that are welcoming for all children, including those with special educational needs and additional support needs.

Working closely with local councils, schools, community partners, and families, Our Heritage UK continues to build trusted programmes that strengthen communities and give young people meaningful experiences.
