This five day podcasting programme empowers young people to identify and develop hard and soft skills to enable them to be critical thinkers, self-advocate in their local communities, and improve their employability. The workshops facilitate a safe environment for open, honest and productive discussions about real life themes, some of which can be sensitive. The workshops also offer a unique opportunity to experience industry level media training with podcasters and journalists.
