From 12pm to 4pm, there’ll be free children’s activities, including inflatables, live mainstage performances, and creative workshops led by brilliant local youth providers. Young people eligible for free school meals can also enjoy a free meal on the day. Plus, a special celebrity guest will be joining us to help kick off the summer! Alongside the children’s programme, a wider range of community activities will be running until 6pm, including a paid-for fun fair, horse riding opportunities, and signposting stations offering advice and support from local council services. Plinth provides detailed descriptions of each provider and event, including age suitability, accessibility arrangements and availability, helping you make informed choices.&nbsp; CancellationsYou will receive an email reminding you of the activities you have booked for your child a week before delivery. If you need to cancel, please do so via Plinth and contact the provider. We ask that you give at least 24 hours notice so the place can be given to another young person. SEND and AccessibilityOur Holiday, Activity and Food Programme providers strive to accommodate all children and young people. We encourage parents and guardians to contact individual providers to discuss any specific requirements your child may have.
