Have fun, get fit, make new friends, and build your boxing skills in a safe, non-contact environment!
These exciting sessions focus on technique, fitness, and confidence—without any sparring. Learn footwork, shadowboxing, pad drills, and take part in fun challenges and group activities.

Mentoring is an important part of this programme, offering young people guidance and support to help them pursue their ambitions beyond boxing—whether in education, employment, or personal development.

As part of the programme, participants will also have the opportunity to gain a nationally recognized qualification in Community Sports Leadership Level 1 or 2, helping them develop their CVs and build valuable skills for future opportunities.

Bring a bottle of water to stay hydrated.
