🎄 Festive Ice Skating Trip for ages 7-16 years – Important Information 🎄

We are excited to share details of our upcoming festive ice skating trip! Please read the information below carefully to ensure the day runs smoothly for everyone.

📍 Drop-off:

Harton Sports Centre (NE34 6DL) at 9:30am

Children will travel to the venue by private bus.

⛸ Ice Skating Session:

We have secured exclusive use of Life’s open-air ice rink in Times Square, Newcastle. This rink is a much-loved part of the city’s Christmas celebrations, offering a magical festive experience on real ice.

Children will have approximately 45 minutes on the ice (skate-fitting time is included in the session).

A hot chocolate will be provided after skating.

🚌 Return to Harton:

Children will travel back by private bus. When we return, each child will receive a packed lunch to take home.

📍 Pick-up:

Harton Sports Centre at 1:30pm

🚫 Important Notes for Parents:

• Only children are permitted on the bus and on the ice.
• Parents should drop off and pick up at Harton Sports Centre.
• The entire ice rink is booked privately for our group.
