Please note that we do require <a href="https://app.plinth.org.uk/schema-form/oGPA5SvDsb08ZaG0H2bu?" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">a consent form (found here)</a> to be completed by a parent or guardian before you are able to go on the water. You should arrive 5 minutes before your session starts so we can begin on time. On the day, please wear clothes suitable for moderate outdoor activity - you don't need any special gear, just comfy clothes which aren't too precious and sensible, closed toe flat shoes. People tend to stay mostly dry other than a few paddle splashes. Please arrive dressed to go on the water. The nearest toilets are at the Teviot Centre and there is a small room there that can be used to change in if needed. Teviot Paddlesports Youth Club We are offering a 5 week course for those between the ages of 13-19. The course will be led by one of our senior qualified coaches, and each session will begin with a safety briefing before heading out on the water. You will have the opportunity to try out several different craft, including kayaks, paddleboards and katakanus. You will learn some basic skills and paddling techniques, but most importantly you'll have fun! We're happy to answer any questions you may have - please just send us an email if you are unsure of anything!
