Collaborative leadership workshop

Lex Scotland will be hosting an interactive online workshop on collaborative leadership.

This will include looking at different skills and approaches to take a more collaborative and inclusive approach to all kinds of leadership, from running an organisation to working in your community.

It will include practical exercises to help you learn skills including consensus decision making. 

This session will not be recorded, as it is an interactive workshop and we want participants to feel safe being open and having fun!
