If you aren’t registered for the entire 5 day duration, your spot will be canceled within the next 24 hours. OSPA camps are the number one HAF activities, and we appreciate your cooperation. No-shows or those not honouring their commitments will be reported to Islington Council, which will impact you booking for future events with all providers. Please see below camp details. VENUE&nbsp;William Tyndale Primary School&nbsp;Upper Street&nbsp;London&nbsp;N1 2GG All students are eligible for a free healthy school meal plus snacks. Please ensure your child brings a refillable water bottle. Important: If your child has any allergies, it is essential to inform us. For fussy eaters, please provide a packed lunch. Drop-off and Collection:&nbsp;- Parents and guardians should drop off students at the Upper Street entrance just before the camp starts.&nbsp;- Camp Start Time: 9 AM&nbsp;- Camp Finish Time: 3.30 PM&nbsp; The camp will be divided into age/ability groups:&nbsp; Drop-off/Collection Guidelines:&nbsp;- Camp teachers will collect and return students to the entrance area.&nbsp;- The main reception area is quiet zone; parents must sign in and leave promptly.&nbsp;- Parents should drop off children no more than five minutes before class starts and should stay until registration is complete.&nbsp;- Parents should return five minutes before class ends for collection.&nbsp; Due to venue hire rules, parents are not permitted inside the school during camp hours to ensure the safety and well-being of all students. We take the safety of our students and staff seriously and we thank you for your understanding.&nbsp; What to Wear: &nbsp;Students should arrive in suitable dance/gym attire, no loose clothing. Hair should be neatly secured in a bun or ponytail; short hair should be kept off the face with a headband. Trainers are required; no crocs or sandals allowed. Jewelery is not permitted. New stud piercings must be taped. Please note anyone with their hair down will not take part in the activities. Mobile Phones: &nbsp;The use of mobile phones during class is strictly prohibited. If a parent wishes for their child to have a phone, it will be kept with the teacher until the end of class. Photo Consent:&nbsp;OSPA uses photos and videos from camps for social media and promotional purposes. Please inform us if you do not wish for your child to be photographed or filmed. Cancellations&nbsp;If your child can no longer attend this activity, you must cancel the place as soon as possible. You can do this on the central booking system&nbsp;or by calling&nbsp;us directly. This will give another child the chance to access a funded place. &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Special Educational Needs and Disabilities&nbsp;Parents of children with additional needs, special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) and/or Education Health Care (EHC) plans, must contact the provider directly as soon as possible, to supply them with the relevant information before attending the provision. This is so that the provider can assess how best to support your child. The provider is committed to meeting the needs of all children and young people including those with additional needs and SEND. The provider will use its best endeavours to make sure that a child with additional needs gets the support they need – this means doing everything it can&nbsp;reasonably do to meet the child’s needs.

<h1>Free holiday activities with lunch</h1>Our free spring, summer and winter holiday programme gives young people the chance to enjoy a wide range of free activities with a healthy lunch.<iframe class="ql-video" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen="true" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/J8rZtJmpXlk?si=63_Ha2VPmUox-44I" height="false" width="false"></iframe> Bookings for the summer holiday programme will open from Monday June 29th 2026 at 6pm.The summer HAF programme will run in the school summer holidays from Monday 20th July to Friday 28th August 2026.<h2>Eligibility</h2>This programme is free to Islington residents who are:<ul><li>school-aged children from Reception to Year 11, or up to 18 years old for those with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)</li></ul>and you must meet one of the following criteria:<ul><li>qualify for benefits-related Free School Meals (FSM)</li><li>can be referred by a social worker, family support worker or other professional</li></ul>If you are not eligible, some activities are free for everyone and some require a small payment. Anyone attending will be offered a free lunch.To book activities, you need to register your child on our booking system. Other activities may only need a small payment. These activities are listed on our booking system as 'fee paying'.If you do attend an activity that is part of our programme, everyone receives a free lunch.&nbsp;<h2>What's on and how to book activities&nbsp;</h2><h3>If your child is not registered</h3><ol><li><a href="https://book.plinth.org.uk/calendar/NYxYlFMJBj9bQ0EmPML7" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank" style="color: rgb(10, 108, 255);">Create an account on Plinth</a>.</li><li>Confirm your email address using the link sent to your email - if you register using a Google or Facebook account, you can skip this step.</li><li>Log in and register your child or children by completing the form. Please make sure the details you provide are correct as it may affect eligibility checks. Use the same name, address and date of birth details for your child that your child’s school has.&nbsp;</li></ol>You will get an email saying you have registered. We will then start checking your child's eligibility. This is done every weekday between 9am and 5pm.We will let you know by email if your child gets a free place.
