My Time My Space

My Time My Space is a group designed for mums to:

• Access 'time and space' for themselves

• Gain new skills & coping strategies to support wellbeing

• Reduce anxiety and isolation

• Gain practical and emotional support during pregnancy and the first year of being a parent.

A nurturing children's group is available for children under 2 years and is run in a neighbouring room by experience Early Years Practitioners, who work with families to ensure the best experience for them and their child.

This group is referral only.
