Our Mams Together Support Group is held on the last Tuesday of every month and provides a safe and compassionate space for mothers who have lost a child to suicide. Join us for support, understanding and connection with others who truly understand.

Designed for anyone who would like to be able to confidently support those bereaved or affected by suicide. It will empower you to provide compassionate support while also prioritising your own well-being
