At Edible London, we are dedicated to pioneering a fairer food system by preventing food waste, tackling food poverty, and revitalizing urban areas into green, accessible growing spaces. Our mission is to grow, share, and save food while fostering stronger and more resilient communities. Since March 2020, we have distributed the equivalent of 1 million meals worth of ingredients, saved 304 tons of surplus food, and engaged 39 receiving partners. Our efforts are supported by over 356 registered volunteers, all working together to sow the seeds for a better future for everyone.

We are proud to align our initiatives with all 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals, ensuring that our impact is far-reaching and meaningful. By transforming grey urban spaces into vibrant community hubs, we not only address immediate food needs but also cultivate a sense of community and collaboration.
