Bright Start Central New Parent Group

About the Programme

This 6-week programme is for Islington families with babies aged 0 to 4 months. It offers a welcoming opportunity to meet other new parents, share experiences, and take part in supportive, topic-based discussions.

Topics Include:

• Getting to know your baby

• Understanding baby brain development

• Sleep and daily rhythms

• Feeding your baby

• Keeping your baby safe at home

• Looking after your own wellbeing and relationships

• Any other topics that are important to you and your family

The programme is facilitated by a Family Health Advisor and a Family Engagement Worker, who will provide guidance, information, and support throughout the sessions.

We look forward to helping you build confidence, connect with other parents, and enjoy this special stage of your baby's development.
