CRF: From Policy to Delivery

Staffordshire are the first Council to use AI analysis to speed up their delivery of the CRF by 50% though due diligence checking and eligibility analysis. As well as this, payments are distributed through the Huggg Platform with a simple on link access directly via text or email to beneficiaries.
