For each session, there are 20 places available.
The Javan Coker Foundation’s Summer HAF Programme offers a safe, inclusive, and enriching holiday provision for children and young people (CYP), particularly those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), and those eligible for Free School Meals.
Our programme combines physical activity, nutritious meals, creative enrichment, and wellbeing support within a structured and nurturing environment. Each day includes engaging sessions such as adapted sports, dance, arts and crafts, music, digital learning, cooking, and sensory-based activities, ensuring all CYP can participate regardless of ability.
For children this is a fun place where they can play, make friends, try new things, eat tasty food, and just be themselves.
We are a trusted, Ofsted-registered provision that supports children’s development, health, and happiness, while also offering reassurance, structure, and specialist SEND support.
What makes our programme unique is our whole-family, SEND-centred approach. We tailor activities to each child’s needs (including EHCP alignment), provide access to a sensory room, and ensure high staff-to-child ratios. We also integrate nutrition education, cultural inclusivity, and strong community partnerships, ensuring CYP not only enjoy their summer but return to school more confident, healthier, and socially connected.
