This Woman Runs

At This Woman Runs, we are dedicated to empowering women and girls to feel confident and free to move, regardless of their age or fitness level. Since our inception in 2014, we have created safe, local, and zero-pressure running communities where women can connect, share experiences, and support one another. Our free weekly runs, held every Wednesday and Sunday, welcome participants of all abilities, ensuring that no one is ever left behind. We believe in fostering real connections through running, making it a fun and inclusive activity that encourages women to step outside, laugh, and celebrate their achievements together.

We also provide the opportunity for women to lead their own local running groups, offering tools, training, and ongoing support to help them create their own communities. Our mission is to break down barriers to physical activity and promote a sense of belonging among women. By joining our community, women not only improve their physical health but also build lasting friendships and gain the confidence to pursue new challenges. We are proud of the positive impact we have on the lives of women across the country, helping them to feel empowered and connected through the joy of running.
