Whether you are a student, a career-changer, or simply curious about the world of construction, we invite you to see how we’re building the future of our city.<h2> </h2>What to expect: This isn’t just a walk-through; it’s an immersive 90-minute experience designed to give you a genuine taste of life on a live project. <ul><li>The Inside Track: Start with a welcome presentation and talk from our Site Manager. You’ll hear about the vision for SA1, the challenges of modern engineering, and the diverse range of roles that make a project of this scale possible.</li><li>The Guided Tour: Following the talk, we’ll head out onto the site. You’ll see the drawings come to life and get a first-hand look at the craft, technology, and teamwork in action.</li><li>Career Inspiration: Construction is about more than just bricks and mortar, it’s about innovation, sustainability, and community. We’ll be on hand to answer your questions about starting a rewarding career in the industry.</li></ul> <h2> </h2>Safety and Preparation: Your safety is our absolute priority. To ensure a smooth visit, please note the following:<ul><li>Footwear: You must wear sensible, sturdy shoes (such as boots or trainers with good grip). For safety reasons, no open-toed shoes, sandals, or heels will be allowed on site.</li><li>PPE Provided: We will provide you with a hard hat and a hi-vis vest for the duration of the tour.</li><li>Policies and procedures: You will be provided with clear instruction during the site tour, we ask you stay with the group, follow our Health &amp; Safety Policy and ensure you keep yourself and others safe by following instructions from our Site Manager whilst you are on site.</li><li>Your Sizes: To ensure we have the right gear ready for you, please specify your required sizes for the hi-vis vest in the registration form below.</li></ul><h2> </h2>Register::Spaces are limited to ensure everyone gets the most out of the session.
