K WRIGHT FITNESS LTD

We are an incredible fitness studio that focuses on male only and female only fitness sessions. I myself Karleigh and Luke are both fitness enthusiasts and have trained since a very young age. I danced most of my life and Luke played football along with many other sports. Our members feel safe here to learn and jump into new and exciting things that will help achieve their goals. Our members grow in confidence and self esteem daily and we lone to be apart of their lives! We aren't just a gym, we are a community, we are a family and promise to the people of South Tyneside you will have a safe space to push outside of your comfort zone with us. We are committed to you and will continue to build and develop our skills and gym equipment to continue to provide the high class service we are known for!

KW FITNESS TEEN GIRLS FITNESS CAMP for ages 11+We can't wait to gather our teen girls this Easter for some incredible workouts! We will cover cardio fitness, strength, endurance and of course team work! The girls will not only learn how to move with correct form in the gym, how to program workouts, they will learn how to work together to grow their confidence and self esteem. All girls will of course have a delicious healthy meal after every session to ensure they're fully nourished post workout.

Luke will also cover nutrition in their sessions, teaching them what foods are essential for growth and recovery as a teenage lad (hopefully we'll have them eating more greens eh!)
