Group Art Therapy is a friendly and safe space where you can use art to share your thoughts and feelings, explore ideas together, and make new friends. Sometimes it’s easier to show what’s on your mind through drawing, painting, or creating, especially if talking feels hard. We especially welcome refugees, asylum seekers, and vulnerable migrants.&nbsp; You’ll need to be referred or refer yourself, as this group isn’t a drop-in. Once your spot is confirmed, the therapist will reach out to set up a time to meet with you before the group begins. Group Art Therapy will run every Tuesday for 12 weeks (except 28th Oct due to half-term). To register your interest please email admin@mayacentre.org.uk

Understanding and overcoming depression. Are you struggling with depression? Our 6 week support group is here to help. Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) strategies and Behavioral Activation (BA) modules. We are offering a new opportunity for clients to register for our upcoming psychoeducation workshop. Join us if you are ready to take the first step towards managing your depression and improving your well-being. Spaces are limited so early registration is encouraged. What we offer:- Insightful sessions: Learn how depression influences your thoughts, feelings, and actions.- Goal setting: Work on creating realistic and achievable goals.- Value exploration: Understand your values and focus on what you want to change.- Supportive environment: Connect with others who re experiencing similar challenges.
