Nemo Arts

Nemo Arts is a charitable organisation that provides free creative classes for adults, with a focus on supporting individuals in recovery from poor mental health. Our weekly workshops offer a safe and enjoyable environment for attendees to learn a diverse range of creative skills. These workshops are designed to promote mental wellbeing and provide an opportunity for individuals to engage in artistic expression as a form of therapy and personal development.

Through our creative workshops, we aim to support adults in their journey towards improved mental health and overall wellbeing. By offering a diverse selection of classes and fostering a safe and fun atmosphere, we strive to empower individuals to explore their creativity and find solace in artistic expression. Our impact is evident in the positive changes experienced by our participants, as they gain confidence, develop new skills, and find a supportive community that aids in their recovery journey. We are dedicated to providing a space where individuals can find healing and personal growth through the transformative power of art.

<h2>Grannies Hoose</h2> Step inside Grannies Hoose, a warm and welcoming interactive storytelling experience where strange tales, curious characters and unexpected adventures may be waiting behind every door.&nbsp;Blending participation and imagination, this event invites attendees to become part of the story. Expect a playful atmosphere filled with conversation, creativity and collaborative storytelling suitable for a wide range of ages and experience levels.&nbsp; Whether you love theatre, tabletop games, stories or simply trying something a little different, Grannies Hoose offers a memorable and engaging experience.

Come and experience the joy of singing in a supportive and welcoming group! These workshops are designed for individuals who are looking to boost well-being, meet new people, and connect through music.Over&nbsp;14 weekly sessions, you’ll learn a variety of songs, develop vocal confidence, and enjoy the uplifting experience of group singing. No prior experience is needed—just a love of music and a willingness to take part! The course concludes with a&nbsp;Celebration Showcase&nbsp;where participants can perform together and share their progress.

Castlemilk Community Centre is managed by Glasgow Life on behalf of Glasgow City Council, as a resource for the local community. It was originally built in 1969.The centre boasts a large main hall, which has a stage with lighting and sound systems. It is ideal for performances, shows or exhibitions.
