Nemo Arts is a charitable organisation that provides free creative classes for adults, with a focus on supporting individuals in recovery from poor mental health. Our weekly workshops offer a safe and enjoyable environment for attendees to learn a diverse range of creative skills. These workshops are designed to promote mental wellbeing and provide an opportunity for individuals to engage in artistic expression as a form of therapy and personal development.

Through our creative workshops, we aim to support adults in their journey towards improved mental health and overall wellbeing. Expect a playful atmosphere filled with conversation, creativity and collaborative storytelling suitable for a wide range of ages and experience levels.&nbsp; Whether you love theatre, tabletop games, stories or simply trying something a little different, Grannies Hoose offers a memorable and engaging experience.

<h2>We Are All Superheroes</h2> What makes a hero? We Are All Superheroes is an uplifting and creative interactivce storytelling event exploring confidence, identity, resilience and community through the lens of superhero storytelling. Participants will have the chance to create characters, share ideas, take part in a collaborative story and celebrate the everyday strengths that exist within all of us.&nbsp;Designed to be fun, accessible and welcoming, the session encourages imagination, teamwork and self-expression in a supportive environment where everyone can take part.
