Through the Trees CIC, is a not-for-profit organisation supporting individuals and groups to benefit from improvement to or prevention of, physical and mental health issues through nature-based interventions including forest bathing, forest therapy, woodcraft and expressive arts. We provide one off and multi session events and programmes at locations throughout the North East for members of the public, charities, organisations and businesses.

Women's Wellness Retreat - Rose's Bower 16-18 May 2025 Nurture &amp; Rebalance Thank you for registering to join us at Rose's Bower, Northumberland. Myself, Caireen and our wider team are really looking forward to sharing this weekend with you in such a beautiful and tranquil location. Here's a reminder of what your investment includes; <ul><li>2 nights accommodation (or campervan pitch if selected)</li><li>Welcome and closing circles</li><li>Yoga sessions</li><li>1.5hr Forest Bathing guided walk&nbsp;</li><li>1.5hr Sound Bath</li><li>Silent Disco&nbsp;</li><li>Use of facilities (Sauna, ice baths and wood fired hot tubs)</li><li>All meals from dinner on Friday to lunch on Sunday (all plant based prepared on site by Paula at Natural Balance Kitchen)</li><li>A workshop hosted by Paula about nutrition for women</li></ul> All activities are optional. The only additional cost would be if you would like a treatment from our Holistic Therapist, Christine from Body &amp; Sole Therapy. All treatments will be 30mins and cost £35.
