Weekly low cost food club. Food clubs provide good quality food at a low cost, whilst also reducing food waste.&nbsp;

SEND and You can provide advice and support around SEN support in schools, EHCPs, completing paperwork, your legal rights and much more.You can book an appointment to speak to a trained Bristol SENDIAS practitioner on a confidential, one-to-one basis.Bristol Parent Carers will also be running a drop-in session from 1pm to 2.30pm. There is no need to book for the drop-in, just come along for a chat with people who understand.

One to one support for parents, including expectant parents, offering information about all aspects of breastfeeding, formula feeding, or mixed feeding. This is a drop-in group. You don't need to book just turn up on the day.

A place to meet other local parents and gain information and advice about all aspects of your child's development with the support of the local health visiting team and Family hub team. Opportunity to weigh your baby and lean about different aspects of your child's development. This is a drop-in group. You don't need to book just turn up on the day.

For families with babies aged 0 to 6 months, with relaxed conversations about feeding, sleep, play, and early development. Connect and share with other parents who are experiencing the early joys and challenges of parenthood. Enjoy peer support, build friendships, and learn together as you navigate life with a new baby.

Confidential support, friendship and practical help to parents who are going through a challenging time who have at least one child under the age of 5 years

The sessions are weekly for 4 weeks: Week 1 - Learn about support available for new parents from Family Hubs and get to meet other new parents in your local area. Information about pelvic health, contraception, and session for dads and non-birthing parents. Week 2 - Learn about different feeding choices, how to understand your baby's feeding cues and the support available to help you with your feeding journey. Week 3 - Learn about labour, birth, and post-birth care, and what to expect when you take your baby home. Week 4 - Understand your baby's needs, their communication, brain development, and how to look after your own emotional wellbeing during pregnancy and post-birth. A free, four week antenatal course for parents from 26 weeks of pregnancy, helping you feel ready for birth and life with your new baby.
