Move it Mondays (Young Adults), is a vibrant dance programme for Disabled &amp; Learning Disabled adults aged 18-24 years, led by DanceWest and their welcoming team of dance teachers. In these creative &amp; engaging classes, participants will boost their physical confidence, learn fantastic dance routines and build lasting friendships. Join DanceWest every Monday at the Lyric Dance Studio and embark on an exciting dance journey that celebrates individuality, creativity, and inclusivity.
