We provide free & low cost dance, health and wellbeing activities co-designed with participants and partners. Transforming the health and wellbeing of vulnerable and diverse communities. Our sole aim is to keep our community healthy and happy by participating in dance.

*Please note that we will prioritise children with special educational needs and disabilities. While we strive to create an inclusive experience, we are unable to provide 1:1 care. If your child requires this level of support, please let us know* Take part in three days of exciting dance workshops led by the award winning team from DanceWest. Try Street dance, Contemporary, Hip-Hop and much more! For children with special educational needs and disabilities aged 11 - 17 years from Hammersmith and Fulham. We provide breakfast snacks, a packed lunch and refreshments throughout the day.

Move it Mondays (Juniors), is a vibrant dance programme for Disabled &amp; Learning Disabled children aged 5-10 years, led by DanceWest and their welcoming team of dance teachers. In these creative &amp; engaging classes, children will boost their physical confidence, learn fantastic dance routines and build lasting friendship. Classes are free but must be booked in advance. Join DanceWest every Monday at the Lyric Dance Studio and embark on an exciting dance journey that celebrates individuality, creativity, and inclusivity. Supported by Go! London Fund.
