🗓 Data &amp; Program Perioadă: 4 sesiuni pe o perioadă de 2 săptămâniUrmătoarea cohortă începe: Luni, 6 iulie 2026 ⏰ Orar sesiuni:Fiecare sesiune durează: 1,5 oreSesiunile se desfășoară: luni și joi, între orele 11:00 – 12:30Următoarea cohortă se desfășoară în perioada: 6-16 Iulie 2026. 📍 Locație:Link Community Centre, LutonEtajul 2, Hat Works, 47 Guildford St, Luton LU1 2NQ, 🎯 Ce este Boot Camp?Un program practic și intensiv de 4 sesiuni conceput special pentru comunitatea românească din LutonScopul este să te ajute să treci de la joburi instabile la o direcție clară de carieră, oferindu-ți instrumentele necesare pentru a-ți valorifica experiența și abilitățile pe piața muncii din UK. 📋 Cum se desfășoară programul?Programul este structurat în 4 sesiuni practice, una după alta:<ol><li>Sesiunea 1 – Review of previous work experience, education, and qualifications (Evaluarea experienței tale anterioare, studiilor și calificărilor)</li><li>Sesiunea 2 – Identification of skills and transferable abilities (inclusiv metoda IKIGAI) (Descoperirea abilităților tale reale și a ceea ce te face unic)</li><li>Sesiunea 3 – Mapping skills and experience to potential job roles (Potrivirea abilităților tale cu joburi reale disponibile în UK)</li><li>Sesiunea 4 – Identifying immediate next steps (Pașii concreți următori: completarea CV-ului, aplicații de job sau înscrieri la cursuri de calificare)</li></ol> Fiecare sesiune include activități practice, discuții de grup, exerciții individuale și materiale de lucru.
