Your child will have ADHD, you may have also. It is a space of sanctuary, reset, connection for you both. Where times may be challenging in life, this is a space to come together and for you both to receive some sound therapy.These sessions are held in my beautiful nurturing space at the Barnes Institute, there will be a sensory aspect to the session with different colour lights, sound, tools to use in life, in the day to day for you to practise together, both parent and child. There will also be a space to express through drawing when the guided sound therapy is over.What to expect in the session:- Mindful techniques to practise that empower parent and child to understand themselves and emotions that rise on a day to day.- sound therapy - lay down or sit to recieve the healing frequencies. I use my voice singing, with other beautiful instruments that enhance your experience.
