At Motion4Kids (M4K), we are committed to empowering young people through sports, fostering their physical, mental, and emotional growth. Established in 2023, M4K works with children and young adults aged 2 to 25, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), individuals from underprivileged backgrounds, asylum seekers, and the home-educated community.

We provide a safe and inclusive space for individuals to thrive, delivering programmes that inspire confidence, develop skills, and nurture lifelong learning. Our initiatives span London communities, including Barking, Newham, Tower Hamlets Mile End, Canning Town, West Ham, Paddington Recreation Ground, and Frenford.

Please ensure your child brings suitable clothing, appropriate footwear and a refillable water bottle. A healthy meal will be provided each day. Motion4Kids Summer HAF Multi-Sports and Creative Activities Programme 2026 Motion4Kids will deliver an inclusive Summer HAF programme for children and young people aged 5 to 16 at Miles Coverdale Primary School. The programme will provide a mix of multi-sports, physical activities, arts and crafts, games, music and team-building activities in a safe and welcoming environment. Participants will have opportunities to develop confidence, improve wellbeing, increase physical activity levels and build positive social connections. The programme is designed to be inclusive of children with additional needs, with activities adapted to ensure all young people can participate. A nutritious hot meal and healthy snacks will be provided each day. Families will also have access to information, support and signposting to relevant local services where appropriate.
