Camp Information: Sit back, relax and let our qualified, Ofsted registered and approved provider coaches structure an action packed day with sporting activities such as Football, Gymnastics, Climbing, Golf, Parkour, Scooting, Dodgeball, Pickleball, Puzzles, Crafts and much more (www.fit4fun.co/sportslist) at South Hunsley Sports Centre in Melton. Sessions will be available for 4 days during the Christmas holidays from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm on the following dates: Monday, 30th December; Tuesday, 31st December; Thursday, 2nd January; and Friday, 3rd January. Please book your 4-hour session from either 8:30 am to 12:30 pm or 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Alternatively, you can book two consecutive sessions and stay with us for the full day! Please Note: Sessions will not run on New Year's Day, Wednesday 1st January. Food &amp; Drink: A hot meal is included with your booking, but if your child prefers not to have the provided lunch, they will need to bring a packed lunch. Please ensure your child brings either a refillable drinks bottle to use our water cooler or enough fluid to last the day. Camp Notes: Below, you'll find all the necessary information. This phone will be on-site daily, so use it to arrange alternative pick-up/drop-off times or to check in while the camp is in operation. Due to poor signal inside the center, we encourage you to reach us on WhatsApp or Apple voice/messaging. Payment: The 15 spaces on this HAF-funded provision are FREE OF CHARGE to participants, provided you meet the criteria set out above. Timings: Please be punctual for pick-up and drop-off and remain on-site with your child until your booking time. If you’ve scheduled to arrive after the 8:30 am or 1:00 pm drop-off time or before the 12:30 pm or 5:00 pm pick-up time, please wait patiently until a coach can collect your child from the meeting point. What to Bring: Here's a brief list of items you may need for clubs both in and out of school time. Please select appropriately depending on the club and time of year you are attending: <ul><li>Indoor/outdoor footwear</li><li>Suitable clothing</li><li>Medication &amp; inhalers</li><li>A drinks bottle</li><li>Packed lunch &amp; snacks for the day</li><li>Sun cream</li><li>Towel &amp; change of clothes</li><li>A beanie hat/sun hat</li><li>Face mask (optional)</li><li>Hand sanitiser (optional)</li></ul> Medication: If your child requires medication for an allergy/condition/illness, inform us via email or text with the dosage and timings. If we do not receive this information, we will assume your child can self-administer their medication (unless unconscious). Additionally, children who require medication will NOT be allowed into the holiday camp unless they arrive on-site with their medication. Coaches will check this before signing the child in. HAF places: Parents will be able to book up to 4 funded places per child during the Christmas holidays.
