We’re here for anyone in South Tyneside or Gateshead who has a sensory impairment, is disabled, or lives with a long term health condition.

Socialise with like-minded&nbsp;men&nbsp;over a cuppa. Talk about whatever you like; life, hobbies, the last book you read or just be there to listen.&nbsp;Come and share&nbsp;your&nbsp;ideas, knowledge, and hobbies. You can talk about your experiences or just generally chat with others in a safe space&nbsp;

Lakeside Hall

The Community Voice Project is working with&nbsp;Get&nbsp;Out&nbsp;Get Active&nbsp;in supporting people to improve their health and wellbeing by being more active.&nbsp;Come and join our&nbsp;Seated&nbsp;Swans&nbsp;Ballet&nbsp;sessions led by a&nbsp;Complete Ballet&nbsp;qualified instructor. Sessions last approximately&nbsp;30&nbsp;minutes followed by a tea/coffee and a chat.

B-Social is a mixed group. Meet&nbsp;with like-minded&nbsp;people&nbsp;over a cuppa. Talk about whatever you like; life, hobbies, the last book you read or just be there to listen.&nbsp;Come and share&nbsp;your&nbsp;ideas, knowledge, and hobbies. You can talk about your experiences or just generally chat with others in a safe space where the cuppas and biscuits are free.

The Community Voice project is working with Active Families North East in supporting people to improve their health and well-being by being more active. Come and join our seated exercise sessions led by a qualified instructor. Sessions last approximately 45 minutes followed by a tea/coffee and a chat.

Come and join us for an afternoon of looking back. We can chat about our experiences, school days, where we played etc. what do you remember? Bring your memories with you and share them with us.
