The Sector Leader's Group brings together senior leaders from across VCFSE organisations in Wirral to work together to ensure a thriving sector which is able to meet the needs of the local community and to provide a support network for Chief Officers/Lead staff members of Wirral VCFSE organisations

This comprehensive course is ideal for anyone leading or coordinating volunteers and provides a strong foundation in the principles that underpin effective volunteer involvement. Participants examine what makes a positive volunteering experience, from clear role design to supportive supervision and meaningful recognition. The session looks at the full volunteer journey, offering space to compare current practice with recognised standards and consider improvements that strengthen engagement and satisfaction.
