Idaraya Life CIC is dedicated to providing inclusive and accessible health and wellbeing activities for women in Wigan and Greater Manchester. Our organization offers a welcoming space for women to gather, learn, connect, and build their confidence, health, and well-being through a variety of free activities. We focus on peer learning and support spaces centered around mindfulness and handcraft skills, fostering an environment where women can engage in lifelong healthy habits regardless of their life experience, finances, or physical ability. Our vision is to empower women to freely access and participate in activities that promote their overall well-being.

Through our community events and sessions, we aim to create a positive impact by promoting a sense of belonging, empowerment, and improved mental and physical health for women in the Wigan and Greater Manchester area. By providing spaces for women to engage in activities that support their well-being, we are contributing to a world where women can thrive and lead healthy, fulfilling lives. <p>Thank you so much for joining us. We will meet at Mesnes Park by the centre gazebo. Do remember to bring your helmet and dress for the weather. We will be going at a chilled pace and have at least 2 stops. We won't travel more than 5 miles during our session.</p>

<p>Join us for a short cycling ride under 5 miles. This ride is perfect for beginners and those who prefer a leisurely pace. We will explore the scenic routes, mostly off-road routes around Wigan and enjoy the fresh air. Bicycles will be provided - if needed.</p>
