We specialise in Freestyle, Slow, Street, Commercial Pop, Stamina and Body Conditioning. 

Our classes are designed to be fun and friendly with the aim of achieving the best of fitness and dance ability from all our students. We ensure that everyone feels comfortable and adapt our tuition to suit the ability of each child. 

Every child leaves our classes feeling like they have achieved, we love seeing them thrive and enjoy classes.  Watching their progress fills us all with a great sense of pride. 

Dancing/fitness and stretching helps with a child's co-ordination, ability to follow instructions as well as their stamina. Our class provides a safe environment for them to build friendships and find a hobby that will benefit their overall well being.

Sarah Howe Cookson School of Dance invite you to our Children's Dance Class &amp; Glow Christmas Party!&nbsp;Come join us for a fun and energetic dance class suitable for ages 5 to 16 years. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced dancer, this class is designed to help you improve your skills, keep active and have a great time.&nbsp;No previous dance experience is required. Just bring your enthusiasm and get ready to move!&nbsp;We will be finishing a fun packed day with a glow christmas party, feel free to wear your fluorescent clothing we will have plenty glow in the dark party items for you all!
