We specialise in Freestyle, Slow, Street, Commercial Pop, Stamina and Body Conditioning. 

Our classes are designed to be fun and friendly with the aim of achieving the best of fitness and dance ability from all our students. We ensure that everyone feels comfortable and adapt our tuition to suit the ability of each child. 

Every child leaves our classes feeling like they have achieved, we love seeing them thrive and enjoy classes.  Watching their progress fills us all with a great sense of pride. 

Dancing/fitness and stretching helps with a child's co-ordination, ability to follow instructions as well as their stamina. Our class provides a safe environment for them to build friendships and find a hobby that will benefit their overall well being.

Whether you're a beginner or an experienced dancer, this class is designed to help you improve your skills, keep active and have a great time.&nbsp;No previous dance experience is required. Just bring your enthusiasm and get ready to move!&nbsp;We will be finishing off our jam-packed day with a fun hour! This will involve team games, taking it back to the old school days with 3 legged races, egg and spoon races, potato sack races to name just a few!
