Hello and welcome to Creative Expression! For some years now I have been facilitating creative writing for wellbeing across the North East of England. My workshops are informal, relaxing and friendly and are designed to boost your wellbeing and help you offload some of the mental load that we can often carry in the modern world. I have met many people during my sessions from a broad range of backgrounds and lives; and have been fortunate enough to share some of their journey with them and witness the positive effects of creativity on their lives. You are very welcome to join me at one of my workshops – details of my latest workshops can be found here or on my Facebook page. If you can’t make it along in person, there are also free downloadable resources from Canalside Heritage Centre on my website, and my wellbeing books can also be very helpful, especially if you can build them into your routine.
