And all that activity needs plenty of energy! Children also enjoy healthy snacks and a freshly prepared hot lunch each day.

Holiday Programme – Important Information &amp; TermsBy registering your child, you agree to the following:<ul><li>Attendance – Important: Places are limited and in very high demand. Please only book days your child can attend. If your child is unable to attend, you must notify us by text/WhatsApp before 9:00am on the day. An unreported absence will result in your child losing their remaining booked place(s), which will be offered to a child on our waiting list. This helps us ensure that limited places are not left unused when other families are waiting to attend.</li><li>Punctuality: Children must arrive on time. Late arrivals more than 15 minutes after the session starts may not be accepted. Collection is at 3:00pm; please contact us if you are unavoidably delayed.</li><li>Medical, dietary &amp; additional needs: Parents/carers must tell us about any medical conditions, allergies, dietary requirements, SEND, disabilities, behavioural or other support needs that may affect their child's participation.</li><li>SEND &amp; additional support: We aim to provide an inclusive programme and make reasonable adjustments. Where applicable, parents should provide the child's EHCP or relevant information before attending. We cannot provide dedicated one-to-one support, so please speak to us in advance about your child's individual needs.</li><li>Personal belongings: Please clearly label belongings and avoid bringing valuables, toys or mobile phones. Burgess Sports cannot accept responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen items. Lost property is kept for one week.</li><li>Weather: Activities normally continue in wet weather, so children should bring suitable waterproof clothing. Sessions may be cancelled in severe weather.</li></ul>By completing the registration form, parents/carers confirm that the information provided is accurate and that they have read and accepted these programme terms.
