Inspire South Tyneside

Inspire is South Tynesides Local Infrastructure organisation which works with local VCSE and third sector organisations to offer Information, advice, guidance and partnership working. 

HealthNet is a monthly networking forum hosted by Inspire South Tyneside. This network meeting is the first Friday of every month, 10-12:30pm, where our local services in south tyneside can come together to discuss health and wellbeing topics in South Tyneside, Health and Wellbeing services in South Tyneside can present of give updates whilst meeting other VCSE, Public Health or NHS partners in the borough. The meeting typically takes around 2.5 hours, with 2-4 guest speakers, and a networking break with tea and coffee. To be part of this network, you should already be a member of Inspire. Peer Talk is a weekly drop in talking session support group for anyone in south tyneside who is dealing with depression. We welcome anyone to join, gain some peer support from others in a similar position dealing with similar mental health struggles, and this is a open space to talk, gain support and guidance from others.
