These sessions take place on local roads around Haverstock School, NW3. Participants will ride as a group, using cycle infrastructure and roads to practice cycling in an urban environment. You must be able to cycle in a confident and controlled manner and ideally have completed a Level 2 - Building Cycle Confidence session.

Our training sessions, which adhere to the government Bikeability syllabus, are conducted by qualified instructors and are designed to build confidence and essential cycling skills. We also provide training bikes for those who may not have their own, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to participate.

Keen to boost your cycling skills before being on the road with other traffic? We teach important bike control skills to prepare you for cycling safely on the road. These sessions are for riders who can balance and cycle unassisted and is a Level 2 course. There are cycles available to borrow. Please bring your own helmet if you would like to wear one. Wear suitable clothes - this is an outdoor event. Gloves are recommended in winter.

Never got around to learning to cycle? Do you want practice with starting, stopping and balancing on a bike? We'll teach you the first principles of Level 1. There are cycles available to borrow.
