Rainbows is a stay and play group for pre school children that celebrates strengths, interests and differences.

The group is for children who have additional needs, who are neurodivergent or disabled, and their families. No diagnosis is required. 
 
This group is supported by Portage and Inclusion service, health and Family hubs staff.

A free, four week antenatal course for parents from 26 weeks of pregnancy, helping you feel ready for birth and life with your new baby. The course will help you prepare for the birth experience and the early days. Sessions are run by Family Hubs, infant feeding teams, midwives, and health visitors.

A space where child minders can connect, share experiences, receive support and a network for collaboration.

A Stay and Play group for parents aged up to 23 years with children aged 0 to 5 years. For families to explore and play in a safe and supportive space, and access advice.

Drop-in and speak to your local Health Visiting team, hub staff and other parents.  

Get information and advice on all aspects of your child's development and an opportunity to weigh your baby.

Maternal mental health and emotional wellbeing support group

One to one support for parents, including expectant parents, offering information about all aspects of breastfeeding, formula feeding, or mixed feeding.

10 week programme for parents and carers of children aged 2 to 8 years, sharing parenting strategies that support positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing for you and your children.
