Join us for a variety of exciting and creative sessions designed to inspire, build confidence, and have fun with friends! In our cooking activities, you'll explore easy, nutritious recipes—like smoothies and sauces—and enjoy the fun of preparing and sharing delicious meals together, including a summer BBQ and fresh-made pizzas. Try your hand at gardening by personalising your own plant pot, planting seeds, and learning how to grow and care for your own vegetables. Boost your self-esteem through playful games and activities in a confidence-building comedy workshop led by a professional comedian. And finally, discover the joy of music—try out instruments, write songs, sing along to your favourite tracks, and relax in a safe, creative space.
